What is so special about Hi Vibe’s Pure Water?

Studies have shown that the vibrations we give out – things like thoughts, intentions, sounds and energy – can actually change the structure of water. We want our water to be full of the most positive healing vibrations out there, so we:

  • Cover our tanks with positive words.
  • Play the water music daily, including powerful healing frequencies (and sometimes a little Bob Marley to mix things up)!
  • Infuse it with good vibrations.

We also bottle our water daily so it never sits on a shelf for weeks or months at a time. We look after our environment by using reusable bottles.

What is the difference between pure and alkaline water?

All of our water goes through the same extensive filtration system, but our alkaline water has added trace minerals and a higher pH of between 8 and 10. Our pure water has a pH of between 7 and 8. It is not mineralised but it is structured and infused with sound frequencies, leaving it totally pristine.

What are my online ordering options?

  • Click ‘n’ collect: Order online then pick up when you’re ready. When you come in, we’ll make sure to punch your VIP card (so you’ll still get your 10th bottle free)! 
  • Delivery: Water delivered to you when you decide. You'll need to buy a minimum of 3 bottles for delivery.
  • Scheduled delivery/subscription: Water delivered on a schedule. We’ll grab your empty bottles and exchange them for new ones to keep you stocked up – it’s one less thing to think about! You'll need to buy a minimum of 3 bottles for delivery.

How do water subscriptions work?

We believe in complete flexibility for our customers, so we don’t do contracts. That means you can adjust quantities, skip weeks to suit you, and cancel anytime.

I'm a first-time customer—what should I do?

Congratulations on taking the first step to nourishing your body with healthy, happy water! We are so glad you're here. If you're purchasing our high-vibrational water for the first time, you'll need to select the 'new customer' option from the drop-down menu. This includes a once-off $30 bottle deposit, which we give straight back to you if you return the bottles and don’t want to continue sourcing water from us. If you don’t give the bottles back, or you bring them back badly damaged, you’ll forfeit your deposit.
